Daniel cain 42,888 Posted January 29, 2018 Report Share Posted January 29, 2018 Hand mincer was a few quid from argos, smashes up chicken backs, I buy cheap cuts of beef/lamb and mince them with the chicken, lambs hearts, pigs liver etc, Mrs does her nut but, was spending a small fortune buying it pre minced. 12 kg of fresh chicken backs £2.50 ? 2 Quote Link to post

Do you lot not worry about bone splinters piercing the dogs gut, or do those mincers smash it all up so small it's no risk ? mine get rabbits, and the odd chickens when I can be bothered to pick them but everything is cooked and picked off the bone first. I get a lot of chickens that I pull the breast, legs and thighs off, the rest gets used for fox bait. Quote Link to post
