For Sale Tx200Hc .22 Walnut

I never thought I'd be selling this one but, I've come to realise that .22 is just not my calibre.

 

It's a .22 TX200hc in a very nicely figured Walnut stock.

 

I bought this new in March 2016.

 

The serial number is 145989.

 

It's fitted with stainless steel stock bolts, a Rowan adjustable butt pad, a Rowan aluminium trigger guard and, a Rowan adjustable trigger.

 

It's also fitted with a TBT Pro kit - this is a short stroke extension, delrin tophat and delrin spring guide.

 

When used, the rifle has a nice quick shot cycle and, gives a gentle backwards nudge into the shoulder.

 

Also included in the sale is a BSA tactical bag.

 

The only mark I can find is a tiny mark on the underside of the cocking lever.

 

The metalwork has always been wiped over with Ballistol after use.

 

The price is £300.

...... I could be interested in a part-ex with a custom thumbhole stock for an HW97.

 

I'd rather this be collected but, I can post.

I wasn't really using it because it's .22

 

........ Hopefully I'll get another TXhc in .177 later this year.

I forgot to add earler - I gave it 20 shots over the chrono this morning with 13.43gn FAPs ....... it gave an average of 610fps / 11.10ftlb with an 8fps variance

Honestly mate, there's nothing going on - after using the GSX100 and HW97 for a while (both .177), I tried to like .22 but, I just don't

 

I'm definitely a .177 man

...... On a good day, I've been hitting a little bell more often than not, with 58yrd standing shots with the 97.

I can't seem to get a .22 to do that for me ...... that's why a .177 TX200hc isn't off the cards

 

Also, summer's coming - with only 2 rifles in the same calibre, I want to see how season stacks up.

 

...... Maybe I've been thinking too much

Either way, for now, I'm done with .22

I very nearly went for one of those in a forest green laminate stock.

 

Get some pictures up in the airgun section

 

Don't matter how it looks, it's how it shoots that counts.
