Was just flicking through a book - found this picture (trust it to be the only one with no title) so does anyone know what breed it is? Book isn't on a certain breed it's all breeds and info on origins etc but no title on this boyo.?

Legs on that bird!!!!! It looks incredibly sassy.

I think game fowl are spectacular but apart from them i always feel sorry for captive birds and never think of owning one. Nothing looks more beautiful than Macaw's in wild flight and nothing looks sadder to me than them in captivity.

I always think that if we can train BOP's to fly for us, why cant we train parrots?

Or am i just talking daft..?

I a weird kind of way we don't really train bop to fly for us they fly for them selfs but only allow us to be there to help and tolerate us on a kill with them...the truth of it is a bop at fat weight would feck of in to the sky and slowly disappear from sight unless it's an imprint but they can become a liability such as attacking other people/children...however if you had a parrot from a chick and hand raised it you could have it semi free but there's always the chance it could seize its freedom first chance it got and feck of across the horizon
