yep it can be done, i've been plinking them off at around the same distances in the past, but i use a hawke 10x40x50 1/8 min dot scope

so plenty of mag, its fooking great craic, and a challange to boot,

Yes the vid is over a year old now, someone must have looked a long way back, but I have changed the scope now to a Nikon Monarch 3 with a 4-16 x 42. The extra magnification helps and it has a much finer crosshair. Yes it is good fun and certainly challenging, but I dont just take pot shots, I do all the homework with each shot, and were I am lying out waiting for stuff, I will try and get a test shot in early, at this range and further.

I've never heard of them, but I am guessing they should stick to watching pigeons then
