No arguments, threats or turning this into a slanging match as can be the norm on here/there/wherever Let's have some positive input for a change , I'll kick off for ya if ya like. A while back before we got married, my Mrs had lived with a feckin bully who she'd fed, kept and clothed , anyway the crap hit the fan and to cut a very long story short, we'd met, got together and after a long while of sitting and watching her pay a fortune for solicitors fees to communicate with her X-worthless piece of shit demanding money and at the end of the day that is all this type want, I asked if she would ditch the legal twat who "represented her" and let me 'ave a go......I wos really cheap .........still am for any females in the same situ and replied offering them an invitation to "open up a can of worms" Needless to say this went no further, but how many folk have/would try this and lay down the gauntlet and challenge the trash who we should be able to turn to at such times, realising that it was just a game in the legal profession to get more cash? So come on let's not get personal and share for a change
JoeD 24
A girl at my old school was getting badly bullied by this boy and I stepped in and had a few words with him and got myself into a bit of trouble that lasted for about a year and a half, it could of ended that day but he wouldn't stop trying to be the big man and ended up making up a load of crap saying I was picking on him and all that rubbish. The tutors didn't understand that I was sticking up for the girl and thought and like always though I was bullying him. But at the end of year 11 the tutors finally realised that I was the person in the right and not the wrong and apologised (spelling I think). But yeah I would always stick up for someone that couldn't stick up for themselves, and always stick up for any girl that needs it. JoeD

mad al 146
Yeh Jerry Springer would certainly raise a laugh The sad thing about the situation that I got involved in was that all the fellas involved blamed it on the female instead of owning and taking their medicine which to me confirms that all bullies are insecure cowards
Malt 379
It works both ways though. A certain family member of mine took up with a woman 15 years older than himself. He's only in his early 20's, and this woman is a full blown alky, has a tin of larger for breakfast, etc. The worst possible thing happened, she fell pregnant. Their daughter is the only good thing that's come out of that relationship, she's a stunner. He put up with being attacked by her when she was pissed, she even burst his eardrum once by slapping him round the head, and generally let her treat him like a c**t, walking all over him, not letting him spend time with his friends & family, speaking to him like he's a piece of shit, etc. They split up a few weeks ago, and she hit the bottle even harder. Her kids weren't getting fed properly, and nothing her mates told her made a difference. It got to the point where someone was that worried about her, they phoned her Dr, and told her what she was getting like. They called her in, and she managed to convince the that she was getting hold of her drink problem by herself, and she didn't need any outside help. That counted as a victory in her twisted little mind, so she's carried on regardless. My family member went back to her, as he was worried about his daughter, and also her other two kids. They both had a drink on Friday, and started arguing again. Once again she attacked him, slapped f**k out of his face, but he finally snapped and hit her back. He then phoned the police on himself, and got himself arrested. He's not been charged, but he's got himself a caution, why he didn't tell them the proper story I don't know, but it was self defence. She is a truly horrible person, and at about 9 o'clock this morning, I seen her go into a flat up here, to visit another alky that she's recently taken up with... Myself, I'd never go anywhere near a courtroom without a solicitor.

Swampy 147
Doctors, Solicitors Teachers and Politicians. They're all a bunch of incestuous money grabbing B'tards. Legally a judge has to give more consideration to a "litigant in person" however this rarely happens. However having been on the end of a nasty custody battle I would not recommend going the DIY route. Most barristers argue precedents that have taken them years to learn. DIY and you'll get ripped to shreds. Don't however write any letters to solicitors. It costs loads. Don't employ a solicitor until absolutely necessary. Of course carry on writting letters to the "other sides" solicitor as they will have to pick up the tab. But never think that the DIY route will win out. Its a very dangerous game to play and usually the cost to the result far outweigh the cost to your bank balance. Still I do really despise lawyers!
