donk 12 Posted January 29, 2009 Report Share Posted January 29, 2009 Social workers work within guidelines set down by the government and parliament,normally final decisions are made by the courts.Ive had dealings with social services,and while im no big fan of social workers i do recognise that the 'foot soldiers' within the service have a bloody hard and thankless task. Often left feeling bewildered and undermined by their senior leaders and government alike. Just my thoughts on it like. thats very comforting im sure the people grieving for baby p will find solace in them words Thats nothing to do with whats been posted here,everyone can draw on cases in the papers. Fact is there are cases like this every single day of the year and it wont change until people get off their arses and do something about it. doga 50 Posted January 30, 2009 Report Share Posted January 30, 2009 unless youve delt with ss you realy dont get the full story i must say its one of total frustration,you see the mother unless deemed as dangerouse has total say because she is obviously the mother no matter if she is a drugs user addict or has a psychiatric disorder,those grand parents could well have wanted total parental control and with out the mothers say so they may not have,she can walts in and out disrupting the childs life as she pleases,so with out common ground the children have to be put up for adoption.the law to be fair is an ass.lets face it a vast magority of labour votes are made up of black asian and gay communitys that goverment wont do anything to upset votes so then give in to minority groups just as they did the antis, yet another vote labour have.(oh by the way undisputed),socialism!to use laymans terms and to cut an explanation very very short,something for nothing,equalities people shoulnt have especialy at the risk or demise of others, ring any bells. But you cant blame the Social Workers they dont make the rules.The Goverment do.The same f*****g goverment who say i am a criminal if i course a hare with my lurcher or chase a fox with a pack of hounds.The same people who say i cant buy a gun online it must be face to face.and as for the fools who read the papers and say it must be correct or they would not wright it They are the same papers who have slaged of shotguns,air rilfles,lurchers.terries and just about every other Feild Sport you can think of. Saying thinks like the people who do these things must be blood thirsty monsters.So the next time you read the paper just think what they have said about you. Before you start judgeing others.
