labsnlurchers 39
This is one of the pups from a litter i bred last year. My son took to him straight away and no-one who came to see the pups paid him the least bit of attention because of his wall eye. Anyway at 10 weeks old he was the only pup we had left so we took down the adverts and kept him. My partner and i could see the potential in him from the start and where quite suprised that no one else showed any interest. When the bitch welped he was the first born and he was also the biggest born and one of the more confident pups. Anyway we had the room for an extra pup and the lad had really taken to him so we kept him. He's now 14months old and coming on really nicely, the bond he has with robert is something quite special. labsnlurchers 39
Yeah thats it, this dog is that bitch's brother. John was supposed to be having this dog till when he came to see it and said 'its got a dodgy eye and a curly tail!' in a way only john can pmsl! Thats when he decided to take the bitch instead. Its good to hear that she is doing well. Would be nice to see her when we are next up visiting john, ill try and arrange a night out or you could come down seeing as theres not much your neck of the woods. She is just over 1 year old, she was born on the 13th october last year. Quote Link to post
runforyourlife 361
I have A BEDDYWHIPPET X COLLIE GREY, and i think he is one of the most inteligent dogs i have met, His flushing ability is coming on superbly, and his marking is spot on.... Quote Link to post
labsnlurchers 39
I took the dam out ferreting the other day and we went into a small wood where i see loads of rabbits run every time we go there. She walked past every hole in the 1st warren, wasnt intrested in them so i netted up just to check she was right, i put 2 ferrets in and not one bolted, the next warren she came across she 'points' at a hole, looks at me then looks back (thats her trade mark saying there is a pesckie in here! lol!) Netted up and put the ferrets in, 6 bolted! i should have had more faith in her, she has never let me down yet! Quote Link to post
