Aled 599
As a bit of an aside, its great to see TV chefs showing an active interest in using field sports to provide food. Don't know about the rest of you but i feel a strong sense of honesty when i catch/shoot someting for the table. The prepartion (e.g. gutting, filleting/jointing etc) then eating. Not all of my meat comes from a cellaphane wrapped package in Tesco's! Tight Lines Aled
