Yokel Matt 918 Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 It was good for a taster of the sport... in a open bury like that you'd have thought the 'professionals' would have netted all the holes (and put their foot in the hole etc) but there you go, we all miss one from time to time. Haven't seen rabbits paunched like that before... guess thats how Magwich does his... seems pretty effective for guranteeing a good table rabbit. Glad the 'ferret cam' didn't show any footage of the ferret getting stuck into a nest of kits or stripping a rabbits back up. Good to get the kids envolved as well. Good on Gordon, keep it coming. Maybe you'd all like to post pictures of your latest gastronomic delights on the Masterchef forums and see what response you get At least it was on, showed that ferreters don't kill every rabbit they see, shows that the rabbit dies quickly and what a perfect example of 'free range' food the rabbit is. whin 463 Posted May 24, 2008 Report Share Posted May 24, 2008 hees a good scotsman to, i wished they had more hunting things like the yanks do ,ferreting hare coursing fox digging it would be great,, it shows how much our country has went down hill since the great strike of 85 the miners etc ,since then our country has lost alot of the old hobbies the labour govs the worse one i knew on blood sports hunting etc i dont no if we will ever get it back Quote Link to post
