One I found through Google and like a Lot though is: " Eusing Free Registry Cleaner ". I can reccomend that one. Finds it And fixes it. None of this " 250 bits left. Cough and we'll clean those too! " crap. And yeppers, Ccleaner is another I was reccomended and now have on board AVG Free edition is anti virus. But it's notoriously about the best there is. Zone Alarm is a good, free, firewall. AusLogic is a free, belting little Disc Defragmenter. AdAware, from Lavasoft, is another free application which most of the world have used for ever. They all do slightly differant jobs for ye.
