I’m 100% in support of equality and everyone getting the best chance they can get in this world to proper. But if everyone pays 10% tax which on paper is a great idea well the young lad with no help starting out will struggle to get ahead paying 10% of his crap wage and the shithead lord who’s father gifts him €10million will prosper and prosper. There needs to be something there that keeps these things in balance because one thing I’m sure of is 99% of humans aren’t up to the task. Explain why he will struggle to get ahead keeping 90% of what he can generate ?

I reckon if you look into the numbers the people working in the poorest paid jobs in Ireland right now probably get to keep 90%. Tells its own tale

No WILF when they can pay more they do pay more. The problem is somewhere along the lines the people who can pay a lot more get off the hook. I wonder why? I must add for transparency while I do pay some tax on rental and lease incomes we have our current set up divided into three companies which each abuses each other and we pay little or no tax but all do pretty well. Why was I able to do that because I have the money. Does it make it right probably not. Will I sleep at night because of it 100% I’m a tramp

Will I sleep at night because of it 100% I’m a tramp Where do you spend your money ?……I’ll take a guess….in your community mostly ? Local Agri suppliers ?, Local tractor dealers and mechanics ?, Local Mart ?, Local pub ?, local shop ? And let me take another guess, you have the ability to spend more in your community than the bloke who hasn’t been able to set his affairs up so that the state gets barely f**k all ! Your money directly benefits your community, a massive chunk of his money is at this moment buying Zelensky a new jet ? Now, imagine if that man could keep most of his as well….now the community is richer still….now multiply that across everyone in your town land ? You’re not a tramp for knowing how to spend your own money best and benefitting your community !…..that’s exactly how it should be ! Now, imagine a country of communities where people didn’t have to stop themselves at a certain income level because it wasn’t worth doing better….it didn’t pay them to do better. It’s a loss for them and it’s a loss for their community……Zelensky still has a nice new jet mind you so who gives a f**k right ? Get me ?

WILF 53,550 Posted Saturday at 19:37 Report Share Posted Saturday at 19:37 Marxist doctrine on immigration views it through the lens of class struggle, emphasizing international worker solidarity and blaming capitalist imperialism for displacement. Marxists argue that borders and anti-immigrant rhetoric divide the working class, benefitting capitalists, and they advocate for the unity of native and migrant workers. Socialist Voice +2 Key Aspects of the Marxist Approach: Anti-Imperialist Focus: Marxism views immigration as a result of capitalist exploitation and destruction of livelihoods in home countries, rather than a voluntary choice. In Defence of Marxism Unity Against Capitalism:Marxists argue that nationalism and xenophobia are used to divert attention from capitalist crises and that workers must unite across borders to fight their shared enemy. Socialist Voice +1 Opposition to Border Controls:Marxists generally favor "open borders," arguing that restricting movement is a tool of capitalist states to classify workers and create "two hostile camps". Revolutionary Communist Party +1 Rejection of Scapegoating:Marxists reject the idea that immigrants are responsible for wage suppression or social problems, instead blaming the system that exploits both native and foreign-born workers. Socialist Voice +1 Internationalism: The goal is the abolition of the capitalist state, which makes the concepts of nation-states and citizenship temporary and ultimately unnecessary
