Trial cameras

Recently found a couple of trail cameras on the shoots I work . Is there anything on the market for locating them ? I know thermals can spot them on a cold morning but when the temperature rises a bit can cause it to be difficult anybody know of anything else for this situation

if they are set up on a shoot you work on,then surely you can find out who put them there?why would they bother you,if you're all legit?

Because as you know or should know people trespass to spy on people I’m all legit I just don’t like people watching me . Because I’m on a shoot doesn’t mean i can find out who’s put them there if it’s not the keeper or any of the lads who go on doing their own control it’s some nosey do gooder therefore nobody knows who it is . I don’t know about you but if I find a camera on an earth and neither the keeper the landowner or anyone else who should be around there says they haven’t put it there legal or not I’m not dropping my dog in

Seen a few round well known earth's round near me know a few farmers found them aswel on there land

in the 20 years iv dug this place never seen one found 2 since December now iv dug all over country and wales so chances are iv crossed a few unknowingly but when your finding them  just has you on edge as some go straight to phones nowadays

The newer versions signal your phone so whoever sets them gets an alarm on their phone,they can open the app and watch AND hear what your saying in real-time.If you take them they can be tracked with GPS just like a missing phone.Technology is a blessing,but can also be a curse.

I'd be hiding my own trail cams on there trail cams just make sure they can't pick you up setting yours  as soon as it let's you know someone's there go see what there problem is

Yea my friend said dome have gps and realtime video we’ve been lucky twice as one had run out of bathery a few weeks prior and the second only triggered me walking past had all camo Velcro around it so it wasn’t put there to watch the wildlife I don’t think

LACS use them,as @gunter said catch them on cam,you can hear what they are chatting about when they are checking their cams,be lucky

Then you approach from behind and smash the cnut up and take out the SIM card..job done I've found plenty in the last 10 yrs and kept them for myself

Yea we did that but if your seen on them there can be a notification sent to the phone also we didn’t see the fukers until the light picked up we got there first thing found them when dog  was in released the endorphins like

Doesn't infra red night vision spot the infra red light the camera's use ?, thermal i heard don't work but likes been said put up a camera that sends to your phone and catch those who are putting the others up. In a hard or cruel world someone might put a nail board in the leaf litter where the other camera's are set up so mind where YOU step ..
