Ring worm in dogs

Whats the best treatment for ring worm? Dog was fine last night then this morning a small round red patch on skin I thort it was a thorn or something at first but think it's a ring worm , anyone know of what to out on it and we're to buy it from ?

I was recommended on here years ago to use canesten although I'd already been the vets by that point, I think there's a tablet with it or something give the tablet then use the cream.

Start with shampoo if it doesn't clear it go to ivomec I know what there both for mate which is why I suggested shampoo then the ivomec another thing I've used to clear up skin conditions benzyl benzoate is good buy in the pure form mix yourself

 Oh he as some problems piles and a bad diet and a good woman might help 😉
