jukel123 10,088
OK I know they are pointers. But they are just as rubbish as an irritating pointing collie lurcher. The dogs above point and then run into the line of gunfire. Fecking dangerous for the dog. A gundog should find or flush and then freeze until shots are fired. Then wait to be told what to do. The dogs in the video even have GPS collars on, which suggests they feck off hunting on their own and have to be located God knows where. Culls! There's lots of videos like these, all showing poorly trained dogs. German pointers and Italian owners. Piss poor mix. We brits take the trouble train our dogs properly and have a sense of fairness for the quarry. We don't kick up quarry and we don't set half a dozen or more running dogs on a hare. Bloody foreigners! Bah! Humbug. I know its off section but my post is a little bit to do with lurchers and running dogs.. Not much but a little. Quote Link to post
