gunter 3,025 Posted yesterday at 13:42 Report Share Posted yesterday at 13:42 no harm but see mounted packs there a disaster and I'm not anti hunt lol but in reality there 2 3 hounds can do the job without the roads getting blocked up by them or some posh c**t riding round ripping fields up half the packs that actually hunt there packs are piss poor its for ride out in the countryside for them half the time it's just my opinion but they are there own worst enemies if you were looking a trouble fox killed a mounted pack would be the last thing I'd want to kill it rather phone a couple of men with a couple of hounds and a terrier problem would be sorted quick smart between hare courses churning fields up and let's face it packs ripping over the countryside followed by people who half of them don't have one bit of intrest in hunting a fox there out for a ride on horse lol 6 Quote Link to post
TonyT 1,756 Posted yesterday at 20:39 Report Share Posted yesterday at 20:39 Best packs ive been out with are all on foot. No quads for terriers either either walk or try and follow in a vehicle. good news for Irish lads. I wish England had the same conviction. 2 Quote Link to post

gunter 3,025
Do you think any one of them mounted packs cares one bit about lads with working terriers because they don't they completely f****d everyone else over for themselfs and seriously people say about pictures videos mounted packs one hundred percent cause more upset when there around and draw more attention than anything there's farms I'm aloud on and other boys to work there dogs but don't want the local hunt over it why would they they account for low numbers churn ground up rip fences down see half the time most farmers are ok people who respect there land and expect people to do the same I own land and if someone wants to run dogs I let them dig dogs I let them do it whenever f**k the hunts and worry soley on protecting terrier work they throw everyone else under the bus there's a kid hunts with us his uncle is a huntsman for a hunt used to run lurchers dig see now wouldn't keep either and thinks ther below him put more time into protecting terrier work fishing lurchers ferreting working man's sports let them pay there way for whatever they want to do they should be happy enough trail hunting anyway for the numbers they get I'd say there's not many true huntsmen left that go to kill there all out for x country ride 1 Quote Link to post

WataWalloper 4,664
Im surrounded by mounted packs an have always hated the fcukers. But since moving here an havjng them all around iv spoke to loads an had odd day out, you lads are right, they would kill more with less hounds haha fact is they would kill more with any sort a bushing dogs an a few lurchers or guns, but it’s not about killing fkr them it’s the ride out, more then one them when iv asked why they do it,, say for horses for dogs or for the chase, loads said for the horses obviously, then load more said it’s for day out, an getting see places they wouldn’t normally see cos they off the beaten path an restricted as such, some can be a bit pompous, but iv found once they suss you ain’t a wrong in they are usually pretty welcoming, an that’s from me, Your friendly trampy countryside correspondent haha be a shame if all falls to bits, it’s not how I’d spend me time, and they wouldn’t dream of doing what I do, but I’d still not wanna see it gone Edited 9 hours ago by WataWalloper 1 Quote Link to post
Daniel cain 50,098
As long as you have farmers/game keepers...there will always be work for the terrier boys that go about their business under the radar....no need for 20 quads and pick ups it's no wonder the hunts draw all the attention...brought it up on themselves, let's be honest 6 Quote Link to post
