I got stopped about ten years back for not wearing a seat belt, I pulled over and up he comes to my window and opens with oh you got it on now but you never when you passed me back there so I told him I had it on since leaving home we had a little row and I told him to stick the ticket up his arse he screwed it up in a ball threw it in my face and says who do you think a judge will believe me or you so I say guess we will see, and off we go I get the summons full of lies and inconsistencies so I take loads of pics get me suite and walking stick and waddle upto the beak saying that I feel really nervous because the policeman was lying and I was about to prove it he swallowed the walking stick and comb over telling me not to worry and just speak clearly to the room and everything would be ok, so matey boy gets in the box flips out the notebook and reels off his list of lies so they ask me to go in the box and explain myself I had photo after photo that proved he was lying they quickly adjourned and ran out the back returning 10 mins later to apologise to me and dismiss the case the public gallery was full and I got a full standing ovation while pc cuntybollox stood in the box going so red his head looked fit to burst, I gave him a wink folded my walking stick up popped it in my pocket and walked out chuckling was a very satisfactory day in court lol

His main problem was he stated he could clearly see the retracted seatbelt through the rear side window as I drove past him, standard lie would work 9/10 times but my Peugeot 205 was a van version and never had rear windows so when I handed him 6 photos of it from every angle and asked him to highlight we’re he saw the seatbelt his arse rather fell out, when they came back from there rapid adjournment and tried to suggest it was a different vehicle in the pictures I replied that I new that would be his response so I had brought it with me and we could all walk outside and try to see through the windows at which point they conceded and the courtroom erupted, in a different life I would have liked to be on the other side of the courtroom and enjoy the game I once represented myself and a friend on a firearm charge and won lol I cross examined the witnesses and the prosecution it was great, I only do it now on motoring offences were the penalty’s are nothing
