Same with me. I'm guessing you could glue them onto some cotton put them on a rig. I like to use a sowing needle ,  thread of cotton 6 red maggots on the end of the hook. Make like a hair rig. Score every time.

Easiest way is roe or egg bags trotted through a swim under a float steve,doesn't take long when the pools are packed.

That would work,spawn sacks from a store are easier.

Bit unsporting,but I have seen people snag them on trebles or lift them out with big landing nets.

How do they hook them , do they wrap a load of them in a mesh bag and hook the bag or do it another way
