She was seventeen . The age of consent in the state where the noncing took place was 18. Countries have very different laws regarding the age of consent. If you ignore the law you pay for your crime. Literally in Andrew's case.

It is alleged that many of the girls Epstein employed were as young as 14. They were trafficked across America and beyond. It doesn't matter a jot if they accepted payment. The Pakis gave their victims  gifts. Both sets of girls  were abused.

She was 17; the age of consent in that state is 18, so she was under age .

Andrew knew her age as he evidently commented she was not much older than his own daughters.

If it is proven he had sex with her, then he’s a paedophile.
