My saluki X dog pup 10 weeks out a dog called champ out sandman x 3/4 saluki grey his mother is out a import pure to digger/bonnie bred bitch. Nice pal….. I’m pondering a whippet for the kids my daughters 7 now and is getting the dog bug I was about same age

The big dog I’ve got is great in and around the house but a pain in the arse on a walk me and the he kids could enjoy a whippet together far more than another saluki x just getting the right whippet look forward to seeing yours progrwss

Thanks mate. They sey there nervous shivery type but the whippets a nutter but due to the small size no bother at all really my kids are 5 and 9 they love her, I came across her on the off chance but the breeding there so hope she goes ok only for lamping and mooching, if you want one for family and rabbits mooching etc I wouldn't look to much into it just something takes your eye most the show lines used to course race as well before the ban

cracking pup 👍, got my first whippet after years of lurchers and now wouldn't be without one.

Thanks mate, yeah there great little dogs proper characters. I don't think she will be big mum was 17 1/2tts dad 19 1/2tts but perfect for lamping rabbits my other pup for the day job but I wouldn't be without her

years ago I used to think they wouldn't be big enough, mines 19tts and she's plenty big enough for rabbits and other bits and bobs.

She looks a very nice bitch mate, my old man always had small dog pre ban they would take hares day and night so they can deffo punch above there wait not just the rabbiters everyone thinks. Hope she does you proud

Most whippets will take to lamping,ferreting and even take roe,and smash into fox ,not saying they out and out fox dogs but I've had one that loathed stinky gingers .

A lot of people under the assumption they just rabbit dogs but I seen a few go that are alot more than that, it's not the size of the dog in the fight but also the size of the fight in the dog

The next dog I buy in will be a whippet pup,they easy to live with and punch well above their weight.

They get easier but mines abit nutty at the minute not gonna lie lol but most pups are at the start
