You can build up to 25 sm without planning and about 4m high with a pitched roof in ireland wilf.

I'd seriously consider using cement fibre sheets in lieu of metal though mate... Eternit are the company to look at. I'd use the profile 3 sheet...infact ove put a bit on a barn here and when/if I properly renovated that one, it the way I'd go with the roof

Eternity slates were always shite weren't  they I've seen the cement board but I ain't used it
