they did find a relative of cheddar man that only lived a mile away going back 300 generations and 10,000 years which is quite amazing i think

I think everyone should know their history or at least give it the respect it deserves, but that’s obviously just my opinion. 

Again, jmho, but your history is who and what you are…..

I understand there are people couldn’t give two fucks about it and they are perfectly entitled to feel that way…..each to their own.

I thought that was a pretty shocking stat so I just looked it up and I’m sure you will correct me or give context, but it says that 20 to upwards of 50% of British peoples dna can be traced back to pre Christian times, so hardly wiped out surely ?

This was well before the arrival of Christianity, before the arrival of the Celts as well.

Pre Christian doesn't mean neolithic. The neolithic farmers that built the monuments(most likely from Iberia with dark skin) their DNA and population was usurped by another wave of stoneage people the beaker people from Ukraine area fair haired people

the beaker people were from the bronze age 2500bc
