Again mate has he's said you have to find  one does legal aid there's a lot less  then you'd think

And he's right they charge you or bail you now what do they do 90 percent a the time now ?

Google.chat GP may help lol

This is getting very tedious .

Still nothing to do with not knowing the difference between a duty solicitor at a police station and a solicitor acting for you at a trial being paid by Legal Aid, as you didn’t understand in Chids case.

Cheers.

I've put up what chid said it was nothing about court case

Who's going not guilty at crown when the  Cps thinks enough to go through with it ?

Gnash maybe with a qc paid for

And out at copshop.to magistrates it's the same sorting you at both mate your free solicitor

Yes it was about a court case !
Chid said he didn’t want a duty solicitor at the police station but twice at court he had solicitors that he didn’t pay !

You asked why’s that and we explained Legal Aid.
Chid even confirmed it and said Charts right, I had Legal Aid at court.

Just admit you didn’t know the difference between a duty solicitor at a police station and a solicitor acting for you at court being paid by Legal Aid !

Doesn’t matter how much you twist things, that’s the basics of it.

Im out now , you’ll never admit to being wrong and I’ve got better things to do than keep repeating myself .

People can read the thread if they are interested.

Cheers.

Are you for real? Unless crown court not guilty it will be same solicitor all the time ? Or from same firm

And why would you need to ring mate ?

You've got one at cop shop they sort it follow threw depending what it is

A duty solicitor can only represent you in the police station and your first court appearance, thats it !.......they cant represent you at trial.....so for complex cases or something requiring expertise you will want to find a solicitor within that field......99% of criminal defence lawyers will be on the duty rota as well as privately funded cases they get paid regardless.....but naturally theres more money for them in a trial, although they should still plead you guilty straight away rather than go through a hopeless trial, thats just professional ethics.

Its not a case of privately funded solicitors are better,it just means you can choose one within the field of expertise you require.....duty solicitor is pretty much get what your given.
