I finished work early yesterday because it was grim stood in the sun after dinner, ended up helping my mate load a tipper load of big ash logs on the way home and was fecked after that. 31 degrees it said in the car.

Since loosing 3 stone in weight the last 12 months the heat has not bothered me as much as it used to at work. Heard a few of the younger lads in the warehouse complaining about it i thought ffs you don't know your born when like me if you have worked scaffolding and hod carrying in hot weather working in a fast paced warehouse is a fekin boat ride compared to them job's. 😆

Some people just naturally handle heat better Tats,humidity is worse than just heat alone.

Don't get me wrong mate i have felt drained myself this last week and with being fair skinned bordering on ginger I burn like a smackheads spoon in the sun and never venture out in it without an hat.

 I could do with losing a bit of weight but even when I was a little skinny kid I got too hot easily, my mums the same and it's been passed on to my younger kids. My dad could just sit in the sun and go brown but that gene skipped me.
