With this keto diet, and weight training, how is that working, as you say you're not as hungry as you used to be. But at 58 I think you have to try and be honest with yourself...I've been lifting weights since 1989....and I dowt that in reality I'm going to to get bigger muscles now than in my prime around 30 year old... So the reality is I'm probably just trying to hang on to as much muscle as I can... I do trian hard...to failing on some sets...drop sets etc...but I very rarely do 1 rep max lifts any more...
