Just seeing what the rates are for the average Joe who would have to pay full whack. My brother will do it it's just a matter of when, he's got a few big jobs on at the minute and is always flat out with their young un at football.

Just get Mchull round mate.He'll get a load of younguns off the estate round and talk them all through how to do it step by step.Hell bring a tapemeasure and buy a few power tools down the Sunday boot fair.Knowing him he can probably get all the materials and skips half price as well

Nice one mate....I do the 12 noon 6m two meals a day...most days...its easy when you eliminate the carbs...I just had a sirloin and two wagu burgers

Just a quick question, tomo.

With this keto diet, and weight training, how is that working, as you say you're not as hungry as you used to be.

Are you just training to maintain the size/muscle mass you have, or trying to increase it?

I did 3 wagu burgers last night withe cheddar and fried onions on top with 2 proper free range duck eggs.I roughly go through 1/2 a dozen eggs a day.Proper free range as my pal has 60 chickens and 20 ducks all running round in 6 acres of old cherry orchard.I know from last summer that after a week or 2 of no carbs or sugar the fasting gets easier as you don't get the hunger or cravings.It just shows what all this processed shit and refined sugars do to your body and mind

Ooo....that's a good question....

In my head I'm trying to build muscle and very slowly loose more fat...

But at 58 I think you have to try and be honest with yourself...I've been lifting weights since 1989....and I dowt that in reality I'm going to to get bigger muscles now than in my prime around 30 year old...

So the reality is I'm probably just trying to hang on to as much muscle as I can...

I do trian hard...to failing on some sets...drop sets etc...but I very rarely do 1 rep max lifts any more...

And as for this keto carnivore thing....honestly it's never interfered with training still have plenty energy
