Even 12 months in at 16 year old a could only bench 60kg. If you put the work in , work your way up on the weight. Its crazy because back then a was green as a teen. Thinking go straight into gym. Telling lads slap the weight on lol. Nearly went through f***ing floor. Nobody will laugh at you. Lads think when starting out lads are looking at you in gym. Thats why you see these sted heads. A just do my own thing then f**k off. 20 years hard work. Gone in 5 weeks. Had to start back up after being in hospital. Killed me losing it all. But ive still got some strength but not like a didn't. A lost loads of muscle plus most my body fat. A looked like a f***ing teen again. Nothing to eat for 3 weeks just fluids. Broke me. Had a shit bag on for a few weeks. Not only that a tube up my nose into my stomach draining my bile. Not a good feeling when you've worked hard. Then you've got lads on here saying roid head.
