Got my youngest boy and his mates in my little home gym lifting...he's been doing pull-ups a while...and is good at climbing door frames with his finger tip...uses the punch bag quite a bit... A

Keep em at it Tomo, if I had a set up I would have mine in it, instead I’ll just flog them at work haha

Just joking mate, my grandson is also ten, but he supports Real Madrid, not Barcelona!

That's the youngest one...the older boy is 15...just doing his exams right now...leaves school in a few weeks....got a colleague place to start in September

That’s great ! Do you see a difference between the lads? I mean academically and sporting ?

My grandson is sort of half and half, he gets upset if he’s not best in sports and equally upset if he’s not the best in exams. 
Kids growing up makes you realise your age, but also gives you great pleasure to see them grow and do well !

There both very different physically and academically 

The older boy is tall and very slim...good footballer...and is football mad...and is very academic at school....

The younger one...in pics is more short and stocky...hates football loves fighting sports...and so far is very average academically...

Like you say them growing up makes you realise your age ...I'm 58 next Saturday...I recon my birth certificate is wrong ...lol

So the older lad takes after his mum and the younger lad takes after you ? LOL !

Football believe or not...lol...and other sports...coaching reffing etc

Good on you and your lad mate. 

He's grown some since you were all in Devon for the comp, time flies eh!

Love to see that, and love pull ups, brilliant exercise.

I've seen grown men who could learn from that form in the first pic. 

Also I've seen someone mention back pain in this thread, this little video is a cracker

A certain someone on here said he could do 20 in a row, I've been waiting for this vid of him doing them for 25 years now.
