Bendigo 398 Posted Saturday at 21:06 Author Report Share Posted Saturday at 21:06 (edited) I keep thinking about getting back into the moth butterfly collecting. I gave all my collection away a few years ago. I caught a massive moth in a tractor and killed it for my collection..... within 3 hours I saw my boss thrown off a trailer and run over, another farm worker have a big accident and my ex Mrs fcked off with the vet....so I was convinced moths were cursed, gave my collection away and never collected once since Edited Saturday at 21:06 by Bendigo 1 1

mushroom 13,647 Posted Sunday at 19:01 Report Share Posted Sunday at 19:01 Friday night I was in bed and heard what I thought was claws on my tiled floor. Searching everywhere convinced a rat or something had got in somehow (I live on the 3rd floor). Couldn’t find nothing but could hear the cnut. Got back in bed, turned the light off and got smacked in the side of the head by the biggest ‘kin moth I’ve ever seen lol. Screamed like a bitch doesn’t even cover the noise that left my lips

I don't think it was actually the moths fault. The ex was a slag and the boss was dickhead.

eastcoast 4,351
A caterpillar turning into a Butterfly, or even into a Moth, is lauded as nature's beauty. A maggot turning into a Blue Bottle is regarded as disgusting and worthy of a pupil being given the cane and suspended from school. Same miracle of morphosis? 1st lesson learned on ferret housekeeping. And feeding newts & frogs bloodworms.
