My Dads cousin works for Network rail. Worked for them for over 30 years. Ment to be good money.

It can be depending on the job. I took a pay cut to come here last July because it was local work but I have had enough of the wank night shifts.

Yeah that's what he said, but tbh I have da quote on one for me & our lass and it wasn't bad at all, the joys of living in a posh town like Donny. What have you heard about them reliability wise, if they are owt like them hairdresser Land Rovers they must be the most unreliable mother on the road.

What about a Rav4?

Ad sit there all night or should I say early hours in morning for 5 hours pay

I recall working on building site security Circa 2001, used to have a few tins in the cabin whilst watching now is the time night of combat on channel 5, these were the days of the up and coming Liam Harrison

Anyway the stinker that used to travel around the sites checking on the guards had a habit of creeping up on them and giving them a fright, he come unstuck as he tried to barge through the locked door and almost caved his cheek bone in, as I lay snoring in the dark flat out on the dinner table, Incidentally they don't make LCL pils nowadays

Pissing off over 2 France on the weekend and returning with crates of stubby bottles for sale on the building sites was very popular among security guards at that time I recall
