Mate, I think the bloke found the dog lying dead and the pup standing over it and jumped to the conclusion the pup killed it.
You said yourself the lurcher was a big rough dog that had killed hundreds of foxes….. but it got killed by a 12 week old pup with milk teeth ????

People with vast experience of working dogs are shaking their heads and laughing , mate !

Cheers.

we can randomly drop in to the man at work on the way to the land and see how sore he is when i mention it mate ive seen some crazy stuff like ive said before a pure saluki you wouldnt leave a pit bull. im the yard with it would get skinned alive it’s eyes use to change colour  like i said about old ken when he bought the saluki afghans etc and the afghan bit  the bitches parts off he had to put it down  i dont lie mate as youll see soon enough lol

Billy Goulding brought a few over from middle east salukis was gifted one of them. Very knowledgeable on coursing dogs back in the day. Was a good friend of Willy Ts. Another great. Men like that aren't about any more. It's these idiots that think they've something to prove. They just need to remember many men before them were running dogs when they were still swimming around in there old man's  knacker sack.

...above ground,a fox is no harder to kill than some old dears pet cat mate....no coursing bred dog is going to be a patch, compared to any half decent bull x ,on anything that bites back, might kill the odd cub or scabby vixen,....FFS I've seen beddy whippets  kill more foxes ,had to take control of the situation, after the Saluki is biting arse and dancing around🤣....you saluki lot are full of shit, like them f***ing airgunners...couldn't lie straight in bed...I'll supply  3 good strong dog foxes, you show me a coursing dog with no bull in it ,that can kill them one after the other without a rest?....and I will f***ing embarrass you with a f***ing spaniel and send you back up north with your tail between your legs ....that's after I've panned your f***ing jibber of a Saluki over the head with my 20oz  🔨 ...

I’ll have a bag of sand on mcs 9 week old pup get that spaniel ready
