Gunter, you said your hounds are bred from Welsh Hounds; some of the hunts up here still run Welsh and hairy hounds;

This one with the Morpeth Hunt.

Not sure which Hunts these are from, they were at a Hound Show in Northumberland;

Maybe I'm old school but I don't consider this as there job but everyone does it differently and every credit your out regularly

Don't mean it in a smart way if they can get threw up the field they go up the field but I'm sure everyone has had situation were a drawing dog has helped the situation

No doubt everyone been in situations like that wether the terrier as sat off  jacked or gear as dug on but it was just how I was fetched up with my old man being a terrier man who's good mate and digging partner improved some of your terriers yards when he moved over they àll worked hard and culled hard I don't want to sound clever but we all do things differently you test your dogs that's all that matters buddy and you keep a good yard
