Moonlighter123 229
There’s a lot less in Lincolnshire than there used to be. I’d say there’s less in some parts of Yorkshire where I go too. But other places in Yorkshire still hold good numbers, I just do think there’s as many places that hold the big numbers. Quote Link to post

I wonder what the hare numbers are like compared to days of old? Alot of rabbits now like to stay in cover or under ground or near the warrens in cover. There's a few warrens near me that you'd think are dead. But there's fresh shit all over. They come out at night due to that many walkers. So the numbers are there just very shy at day time. 1 Quote Link to post

I've been watching a brace of hares local on some land. For past few weeks. Came down the road yesterday an one was flat on the road. Same here not many about so was gutted to see it. Was hoping that numbers would build up again. You've got c**ts hunting out of season. Mainly shooting. Some around here have killed the area. Don't let numbers build back up. That goes for any quarry. Edited April 10 by Bangersanmash 1 Quote Link to post

Think when you get older you realise this. I've done it when a was younger. But now there's no sport in lamping hare's. Quote Link to post
