John would give the hare a sporting chance he was known for good long slips very fair man in matching. You've to think that dogs from Ireland. Hilly land and put most English dogs to shame Mc. He'd come over for a weekends sport or few days in week. These lads that live over here were running most weeks. Tell me the age of lucas there. ? You know so tell me. Was he a young dog or knocking on. This dog was still putting hares over here away with one eye. Lol. Many that couldn't do it with two eyes.

Loads of footage of him Mc just not up on youtube. I had most of his videos sent off John back in day. When he first did them. Some great runs from here an Ireland. True gentleman. Doesn't big himself up doesn't need to the dog held his own even knocking on at an old age. Like a said the dog with one eye at 9 , 10 year old around was still killing them. That run you put up a think he was around 7 , 8 year old. Running against second season dogs pups in my eyes. Like putting an old boxer in the ring who was a champion back in day. Mentally still think its there but physically in age gets the better.

You've not got lads shouting out either. That can knock a dog off. When a dogs used to its owner letting the dog work quiet when up close with the hare. Then you go out with guys screaming out and alot of movement on the ground. Dog wanting to put the hare where it wants it. But you've lads moving all over place. Told to stay there and shut the f**k up. That's why your better off on your own. Or just you and the fella your matching.

Iv'e walk a field with John and have to agree he ain't shy on how long a slip is, once rescued his dogs from the old bill when he got lifted out with a pal of mine, once i turned up we outnumbered them and the gamekeeper didn't want to know ,so i chucked the dogs in my motor and drove off before there back up arrived...:victory:....

one of the greatest of all time  lol bore off

not in top 100 lol

The man who's put that comment is from near me BD area. He wouldn't lie Mc. You'll know him. He's no need to lie. He's matched most men with his old Bitch tilly. He could of said he's okay. But he's said one of the best he's seen run. All dogs have there on and off days. It's just you lads with young dogs matching old dogs. Come out of the wood work like you've the best dogs about. Lol. You'll find out when your dogs a veteran at the game , young pup comes and takes your dogs place. Eating humble pie.

Proper sports man mate. Hate it when people start crabbing other men by listening to fools. Big headed c**ts. That's thing with the coursing game. I enjoyed doing my own thing talking to decent men in the game. But stayed away from fellas that are easy led by shit talk crabbing other men's dogs but infront of them licking their arses.
