Well there's something up,because I eat nearly 2500 to maintain 75kg,so your only eating 500 calorie more than me to maintain 110kg ffs na no chance

You are skinny so probably a hard gainer? It's an estimation mate not exact, I might be eating more and maintaining or maybe even less, as I say, I'm not counting my calories so wouldn't even guess.

So your theory off excess calories is out the window then lol

So if i eat an extra steak a day that will equate to 3000 calories, but I'm only 75 an your 110 lol see what I mean

Are you now suggesting that eating excessive amounts of food doesn't cause weight gain? Lol

The key point is that obesity increases the risk of cancer.

I'm just naturally much bigger than you mate.

Trouble is with calories is everybody is different...and everyone's base metabolic rate is different....

And to quote one of the tube influences you can't beat thermodynamics...

Calories in Calories out

To be fair he did but not much....and being honest it wasn't a true carnivore diet...

That said what he ate and what he's eating now is far better than what he was eating whilst in prep for strongman several years ago

Because he would have been eating more before to gain weight. It's like me, if my maintenance is 3300 and I cut to 3000, I would slowly lose weight, you'd gain weight though.

I do believe though that you can consume more calories on a carnivore diet....

Now that sound like a contradiction to what I wrote above....but whilst on a carnivore diet the body is working different because the energy is coming from fat...so i believe it lifts your base metabolic rate...

That's what I'm trying to explain to goly lol

I know whatever he's eating now to maintain 110kg that if he ate the same amount in protein an good fat, that he would lose weight, slim down more chiseled

You don't know that, it's just a hunch. The same way other things might have negligible affects.
