A cabin I done a couple of months ago with pvc, fitted with a 2 part epoxy on to ply, nice clean finish.

ye sound mate sounded thick 12mm like general purpose board lol normally 1 or 2 mill and it sags  if no boarding behind

Lol was gona go with ply,but I think the plastic will be more manageable with cleaning an stuff

plastic is great mate hygienic cladding sealed uo

easy to clean ish still takes some scrubbing but my shed in it i’ll take pic later i never plyed behind 2mm plastic so it sags i’ll have to sort it this summer

that’s it mate i tried going to battens at the sides save boarding bad idea lol 

 

i’ve used it loads gone up last few year price wise some jobs you have to bend it and weld joints faffing but good stuff

It needs expansion joints to allow for movement.

I think air flow is more important than the insulation you use to be honest modern houses and building techniques breed damp and mould through an obsession to be airtight were as old gaffs had very little damp due to masses of drafts and open fires

i’ve done it loads mate for a mate he has a company never been back had issues some  jobs won’t let you use jointers has to be welded corners bent etc 

never one issue i understand out in the sun on soffit say you would only glue one side etc but welded loads of the 2mm
