Where have the cyclists gone? 40 years ago you would never see an adult playing out on a bicycle, other then genuine people keeping fit or "odd balls". I witnessed a rise in the number of cyclists out and about. Reached plague proportions a few year ago. Now they are a rare sight. Have they gone the way of the jogger? Some type of virus from imported Chinese lyrca? Very strange, not complaining though.

Yes it peaked then, same with clueless fuckwit dog owners, but they existed in number before Covid.

I love my bikes. Always had one. Lots of folk have lost their nerve because of the amount of traffic on the roads. I've had lots of scary incidents, especially with lorries, but I carry on. What will be will be. It's non impact exercise,so great if you can't run anymore.

i’m just seeing a small drop in dog owners now since and during covid it was bad they were everywhere

No, it's not that. I am aware of the effects of seasonal changes but the number of the c**ts seemed to have gradually and significantly reduced in the last year.

I am doing something a little different tomorrow,getting a loan of an Ice-bike,yup cycling in the snow,the local canal has been checked,the ice is 30+ centimeters so it's open to use for skaters,bikers etc.
