A pic of a few dogs owned by London lads in the past. The white bitch was the litter sister to the great grand dam to lucky the dark destroyer i believe. The brindle bitch was a fx saluki greyhound.

No better feeling than bringing a dog on from a pup...giving them a spin at 10/11 month old and  watching it take it's first rabbit/fox/deer etc...no drug comes close Neck😔

I run probably the worst two lurchers in Essex lol saluki bull grey I posted a pick few pages back then got deerhound greyhound x collie greyhound  they do what keeps me happy

My missus is going shortly, just got her new evisa, multiple exit re-entry, done in minutes. No visa necessary for the UAE, so I’m surprised that anyone really into Salukis doesn’t have a trip out there and see them first hand.

Cheers.

I take it the different types all depend on geographic location? The pure desert dogs tend to be more smooth, where abouts are the heavily feathered dogs, in colder regions? This type seems to have been most popular for imports?

I'm sure there's differences in performance between the different types across Arabia?

she was ok  very fast ,but unfortunatly  she died  just the way things happen  think she was about 5 or 6  when she went very different from your uk stuff  both in temperement and style

There's a young lad on Facebook living in the uk think he's from iran he has two imports they looks well built but racey at the same time.

What was the temperament like mate ? And also here style with the speed was it more aggressive with its running compared to the known saluki style ??

intresting to know the difference

I asked Hamed Guhnaim if he preferred feathered or smooth, he said coat and colour made absolutely no difference to performance;

I personally prefer the feathered black & tans, but my preference is based on nothing more than aesthetics;
