I think it’s mad mate that you could quite easily take out a rabbit or pheasant at 15 to 20 yards and maybe closer a red hind or stag or wild boar with a stick and string ! I’ve ad lurchers for over 3

On Sunday I ordered a cheap recurve bow off Amazon only thirty odd quid to see if I could learn how to shoot a traditional bow with no sights, it only has a 20lb draw. So I googled the fec out of how

Mc Hull would,nt your talking to a man that can I.D a roosting blue tit at 500 yards with nothing more than torch, he would track the bear naked apart from wellies and finish it with a single blow to

Bit of a result this evening,my Lady went to see an old mate she hasn't seen in a while. She phoned me,her mates husband had bought a bow last year, used it once, wasn't really into it and it had been in the cupboard ever since, did I want it for a hundred bucks CAD (equivalent of around £55),I said yup (but wasn't expecting much to be honest).

Bargain, brand spanking new, release, arrows and two quivers, about $650 worth of stuff or just over for a hundred, and he has a packed of broadheads he will rake out for me.

Just been pulled back and let-down the bow a few times in the house (heavy snow outside),feels smooth, there’s a D-loop,peep and a 4 pin Trophy Ridge set up already on,the bag alone cost $130,bit of a bargain for £55 notes all in,and he is sorting me out an unopened pack of expandables.

I got some Zwicky heads yesterday and shot them at a cushion from 20 yards,it feels good and shoots where I aimed. The bow is fine but I am taking it into a bow shop across the river to get it tuned up Mel.All new bows benefit from a tuning, the guy I bought it off didn’t get it tuned he just flung a few arrows straight from the box, taking it into an archery dedicated store will tighten groups up.I have a bow in the UK that was a flagship model for Mathews and was just over a grand when I got it,this one feels almost as smooth, let’s see what happens.
