Any agricultural geeks on here , if 28 acres in Kent was to be valued any ideas??? Only standard fields off a small lane quite rural , couple footpaths around it, wheat, barley, grazing land ( not a chance of any development potential) £££££££ ????? Cheers chaps

Probably 10 grand a acre on average

Down our way its £10k - £15k an acre for plain agricultural land, or was last time I looked..

Yup mains into drinking troughs. It’s my main that runs right threw it into my house. Wonder what the single farm payments are on it.?? Probably £5 a fukin year hahaaaa
