Only standard fields off a small lane quite rural , couple footpaths around it, wheat, barley, grazing land ( not a chance of any development potential) £££££££ ????? Yup mains into drinking troughs. It’s my main that runs right threw it into my house. Wonder what the single farm payments are on it.?? downsouth 8,310 Posted May 17, 2023 Report Share Posted May 17, 2023 Working with an agricultural contractor as I type this in kent and he reckons 11k an acre average but all depends on the quality/grade of ground.Also depends if any other local farms are after it.
