Well the loop hole that I was trying to utilise..... it seems we can't without moving away. We really want to stay here in this village SO we are still negotiating for the land and barns then look to build a plan to live on em, maybe rent our place out to cover mortgage while we get set up then if that works without us getting kicked off we can go all in. We are still planning on livestock this year, chickens, pigs, maybe goats, run a dozen turkeys for Xmas etc. Really interested in bee keeping aswell and twin that with veg/flower growing the bees can only help!

Iv packed in with sheep it was getting expensive and complicated with renting bits of land here and there and the land owners makeing rules as they go ,, anyway I have some equipment for sale if u need out nr new hay rack , some hurdles,  a water trough,  banding pliers etc

if you leave the house for your children or grandchildren the threshold is

£500,0000 if your estate is worth less than 2million

£650,000 we got before tax if parents were  still married . I think if they was divorced you only get £325,000 before tax

nice looking campervan bud, but don't take this the way, that van would be no good for your needs for full timing, it's to small and a list of things that wouldn't work out for you, don't get blind sided by the sporty looks of the campervans and get a proper motorhome, my wife and i did what you are going to do years ago now, we sold up and bought ourselves a motorhome and lived in it for quite a few years, worked an so on.....we loved the years we lived in it and a really stress free way of life, but after years of doing it the appeal wore off a bit......i'm glad we are living back in a house again now......but we don't ever look back and think it was a bad move living in a motorhome and we still have some good memories from it, it was just something we wanted to do at that time in our lives......i hope it works out for you bud....
