Devon has smaller than average fields compared to the rest of the UK, so, yeah, you can run hares, you can run hares fecking everywhere but it's not prime hare coursing land is it? What is it, around 10% arable. The fields around me are bigger than Devon's, arable and there's hares to be run, but nobody will come flocking here to course em.
