These folks should be given medication for their illness,or a good f***ing slap..not wasting the time of NHS staff and resources?

Deffo, the media is f***ing their heads up by making it trendy to be queer, more freaks on tv now than normal folk.

Mate phoned up as he had found a lump on his bollock. Receptionist made him tell her about the lump and where it was.....she then said "what type of lump is it"......understandably upset at this point

There is an endemic culture of being “ordinary” about everything in the NHS. Accountability is replaced with excuses  They worry more about diversity than mending a broken arm, they put more

So far this millenium ( 20 odd years ) 8 million more people now live in Britain,of which 85% are immigrants. It doesnt take a clever person to work out why everything from healthcare to crime to

A democratic system woud be a start

Everything in chaos, indigenous people becoming second rate citizens, bankers fleecing the system, easy to see how hitler got into power in 1930s

You can blame all the folk you want, but ultimately it’s folk like you that’s fcuked the job up. Too bitter to do your job by looks of it, I used to stand by the nhs an it’s staff, but fcuk me it’s not politicians that wrongly diagnosed my ma an let cancer eat her whilst they passed her from pillar to post, it was docs an nurses, aye the govt may have been at fault for my granny not being able to get a ambulance due to cuts, but it’s was doctors an nurses that xrayed a woman closer to 90 than any other decade an sent her home, not some Tory Mp, maybe you an your colleagues could start by giving a toss instead a being a bitter anti Tory little girl ?

Unfortunately no system is error free and one that is understaffed and under resourced makes more mistakes.

Ps do u have to come on with the school room insults, surly you are better than that???

It does but that includes proper funding and resources which costs money. The stories of NHS waste is exactly that a story made up by those that want to see its end, of course there is waste, all big systems have waste but the cost saving of size outweighs the loss. The reality is that we have reasonable health outcomes compared to many countries yet pay much less towards our health, this won't last as the under funding is already eating away at the NHS's ability to perform its role. In truth the country where all the money goes down a black hole is the USA and the private sector.

If you keep talking down to folk an trying tj blame everybody else then aye it is, an no obviously I’m not better than that, but neither are you, you just get your digs in slyly.

an it seems nurses an doctors like the Labour Party an blameless eh, we got gp’s the country over raping the system working minimum hours an seeing minimum patients, doctors an nurses are making serious fcuk ups everyday, I didn’t know you had some Tory Mo stood next to you telling you to hurry up, making you make mistakes, how about yous start dealing with the patient infront if you, not the government you want to lose the next election ?‍♂️  It’s simple of somebody comes infront of you, do your Fcuking jobs ☹️

Man your obsessed with the Tories, give your head a shake.

The NHS is being run into the ground, make people unhappy with it then they won't complain when its sold off, least not until how worse off they are with an american system.

Running short staffed all the time, everything based on cost not outcomes.....................Promised of money and new hospitals that never appear. 6000 extra GP promised but in reality a fall of thousands in the numbers, 6 new hospital which aren't actually hospitals. But inspite of all that its still better than the American system. We grew up in an age of decent health and social care with unions and employment laws, i think its a system we should be leaving for our children and grandchildren.

edit to add, she gives some wrong info re NHS, visitors would be billed for emergency treatment.

Genuine question, the NHS has been saying it’s being run into the ground and needs even more money for 40 years…..when does that excuse run out ?

I used to have lads come in to work, they got £70 a day at the time and most were wankers……they always said the same, if you they had got £100 a day they would be legends !

But the fact is, they wouldn’t, they would still be wankers……the NHS has been making the same excuse for as long as I can remember.

Be professional and do things to the highest standard and the money will come, it don’t work the other way round Im afraid.

Comparing Dr’s, nurses, consultants, surgeons to £70 a day lads ? so your saying that the problem is performance based and nothing to do with funding?

Sorry but your talking shit.

Twice I've started writing a post about my experiences with the NHS and twice I just gave up as it gets me so stressed. The NHS doesn't have a problem with waste ?, that's like claiming there is no issue with mass immigration and that more immigration is the answer ?

I can't even be fcked answering

There was a time when our NHS was the envy of the world....sadly its now become a target of the world and the backdrop is a compromise and drop in standards for the very people it was built for.....like everything else we are now consistently reminded that the achievements of our ancestors should be surrendered to the vulnerable victims of white supremacy.

I’m saying there is a truism, and that truism is that good work leads to better money, not the other way round.

You don’t play Sunday league and turn into Ronaldo just because someone writes you a cheque for 600,000 a week !……it’s takes work and a dedication to consistently producing quality in everything you do.

Don’t be silly mate ;)
