Bean/pea wigwam for the kids

Misses seen this on the net somewhere; the idea being that as it grows not only does it produce obviously beans/peas but it also makes a den with snacks and caterpillars/ butterflies etc.

If you've a soggy bit of garden as such use willow wands and just push them into the ground,keep it watered and there'd grow into a living wigwam you can trim back the leaves a bit and still grow the peas etc as well.Brilliant thing for the kids and well done as you sure get out and about with your little one bud..

Going to try that down the in-laws next; they've got willows there. Try and get em out mate; not a fan of 4 walls

It's going to be my new stairs   hide in there and work

As fireman says, make sure you give them plenty of water..

One thing mate don't let the Kids eat Runner beans or French beans raw will give them guts ache or diarrhoea.

They've got broad beans and peas on there mate; they don't normally get pass sweet snaps .

Fair play good to get kids involved with growing food especially with the food price hike and the shortage of food that’s coming. I see room there for main crop spuds as well
