Well it's forecast all day tomorrow and I'm going to hope that it's enough to keep most of the general public at home. All my local spots have been bombarded with bikes, horses, and dogs walkers since lockdown, cover flattened and game pushed off. Although looking forward to a rainy venture and hopefully find a couple of bits to chase about. Anyone else heading out??

I worked today,had a job I had to get water tight before the rain...I will be out for a few hrs at first light...mooch,breakfast and a brew,then home so the wife can go off to work.good luck mate

We are hoping the same. Going a couple hours up country tomorrow to push out a block of elephant grass. Pushed six Charlie out last time, so fingers crossed!

Season nearly over they got all summer then Easy to see why hunts need a lot of hounds. With lame hounds bitches in heat etc

Exactly mate.

That old bitch is 8 or 9, had a hell of a season. The next will probably be her last I think. This will be her last winter living out, after the summer she will move indoors for winters. Currently trying to keep weight on her. The bandage is holding a poultice to draw the shit out of a bite to the foot. Dogs, amazing creatures ain’t they.
