Running a bitch after heat cycle

Hi I have taken on a bitch what is 11 weeks out of her heat cycle, any tips how to get her back to her self and any supplements/food what may help

Normal feed and walking since a heat is only 3 weeks it doesn’t knock them to much

I was told some bitchs still produce milk up to 12 weeks after a heat cycle

it can be as long as 100 days beforethey are right  , depends on the bitch

All depends on the individual bitch, go by eye and feel of her, if her muscles have gone all soft due to her season then steady away

And in future, when her heat's coming up, have her in fit and hard condition beforehand and throughout, then you'll find the heat affects her much less.

my bitch is in heat and normal shape, only bitches I seen produce milk either were in pup or having a phantom

Not always the case mate, in my old bitch case she always looked at her best fitness wise shortly before coming into season, but always suffered with it...

I've always had bitches since I can remember and I've never known them all be the same I've had some bitches come in season with out me knowing and I've worked them through fine with out a problem

I've never had any have a phantom but this year 2 did one after the other  tbh I felt like kicking off big time but just ran wi it in the end
