Spoke to a guy that sources crops for digester, recons they're carbon neutral, I can't see it myself other than they can capture all the gases I guess?

I’m talking more about the way the crops are grown and harvested. The price is great so it’s coming out whatever. We cut a lot of hay this year to send to the burners. But it’s more the maize and beet im thinking of.

Farming isn’t the problem, it’s subsidising food in order to nick more household income in direct and stealth tax thats the problem.

Its importing tens of millions more mouths to feed into areas that were never ever meant to sustain that amount of people that’s a problem.

Without that, farmers could farm in a more traditional and planet friendly way and get paid the right money for great produce.

We would also have the land and soil left to do it and to deal with carbon like it’s done for millions of years.

Concreting over land and keeping what soil is left alive artificially is total bollocks imho.

Nah, charge people more for diesel and home energy, that will fix it !! Lol

food grown in a dish…..gm Foods….mmmm….food that is going to more of environmental impact than cattle or sheep….super factory farms….floating flotilla farms….it’s going to require a lot a eureka moments to keep feeding the world….buy ur allotments now….real food will get expensive …..all the while intelligent reasonable well educated people who are lecturing you from the green side who are driving green vehicles, holidaying in the sun 3 times a year to get away from it all, working in intel, with it’s huge precious metal environmental impact offsetting their emotional guilt by lecturing the world on how to become more “green”……when they actually haven’t a clue….

That's how i see it mate i admit to being an uneducated working bloke but can see from my opinion all this go green malarkey is bollox when they are building large warehouses and housing estates on farmland and old pit sites near me.

When you move away from the land and getting shit on your hands, you move away from the cycle of life and the reason humans became the dominant species on earth, i think this is the main cause of a lot of societies ills…..no one will pay the true cost of food today so the real green farming practices result in food which is too costly to produce…..unfortunately….a lot of fella’s  would have to no time for blackguarding in that way of life…..the real issue is too many people on this earth now….but that won’t be addressed….
