Just the pen was 10k from monarch equestrian, that without the 120 ton of stone we’ve put in, drainage, labour  and the wax surface that’s being delivered on Wednesday which is probably another 3k, my guess is the lunge pen has cost her 20k+ and we are doing another few bit while we are here, you have got to love little horsey rich girls, they know how to spend money

She definitely not afraid to spend her fighter pilot husband’s ( airforce Ed ) money, and if you’ve got it, why not, my dad saved all his life and died at 58, you can’t take it with you so enjoy what you’ve got

Horses are making money at the moment. She might be doing alright at them
