Vasectomised hob

Anyone use a snipped hob for hunting?does it affect their drive to pursue rabbits?I can't see how it would,...I have intentions on getting our new kit done to sort the Jill's out,...I've never seen or known anyone with one so unsure of the effects in other areas

If they are anything like me they would probobly be better, cut my nuts out and I would get more hunting done

Vasectomy shouldn't change the way it behaves at all, castration does. Castrated hobs would probably work better than entire or vasectomised hobs come spring time as their minds aren't on knocking boots.

I use my snipped hob it doesnt bother him in the slightest it bothers me more where i use him the price of the snip and a collar on top of it LOL

even castrated hobs work just as well as hobs with there nuts mate.....bloody handy things to have as well if your doing summer rabbit jobs....

yeh get it snipped and dont worry about its working ability.....if it turns out shit ...it would do anyway

That's great thanks,I don't like breeding ferrets,so this option is a must,get  3 Jill's out of season with no kits in the end....
