We used to have a customer exactly like him and at first we listened to him and his story and problems with interest and sympathy but after a while we switched off and avoided the bloke whenever he came in. Initially the stories were plausible but after a while they got more and more ridiculous. Like... "I was driving along minding my own business and the police pulled me up for no reason. Then another police car crashed into my vehicle. Then a fire engine crashed into both of us and then an ambulance came down the road and crashed into the fire engine...... and they blamed me for it all".!!! And they're all liars.??? This bloke drove everyone to switch off. He had a big rack of ring binder files in the back of his transit van full of letters to all sorts of people about suing xy and s. We asked him why and he said that the police/authorities would break into his house and steal them.!!! There are a lot of people with mental problems out there. or boze. or weed.
