Meece 1,958
A young couple near me inherited a piece of land and had the same idea. The borough council and parish council have played them up hill and down dale for several years and everything has had to have inspections and reports. She keeps setting dates when she wants to be in but the way it's going its more likely that they'll be drawing their pensions before that happens. She's mad keen on horses but I don't think that building a pair of brick pillar gateposts and fitting golden horse heads on them was a good idea. It didn't leave a good impression with the neighbours.

They cannot refuse if your plans adhere to the guidelines ,if you are a Farmer you can build whatever you want if its 300 feet off the road though it will be subject to an agricultural LET FOREVER , Anyone who draws up plans for houses would advise you in an instant . There are firms that handle difficult cases they are very expensive but they can work miracles if your pockets are deep enough
