Got back to the car and got her out at home lame as fcuck think shes sprained it see what she's like in the morning if still no better trip to the money grabbers.Hoping she's just seized up in motor on the way home

Hate stuff like that happening when they're pups.

Always sets off thoughts running in your head thinking it will hinder their development or something. ?

I know I'm already thinking she's going to be one of those injuring itself every trip out ?

My uncles springer pup got it's leg smashed to bits last year.

He let her out the pen and then let his old springer dog out which is built like a tank, the daft old cnut steamrolled the bitch and that was that.

The first vets wanted to amputate the leg, luckily he got a second opinion and they saved it's leg.

The dog will never be the same again, accidents do happen.

Cutting a leg off a spaniel to slow it down ain't a bad shout now you mention it!

I've seen a keeper tie one front leg up on younger dogs to slow them down

old farmers round my way, used to do it to young working collies, in my opinion damn cruel practise, easier ways to train a dog than cruelty
